Greetings Teams!

In conjunction with @menak, we have been able to recruited six(6) additional New members into Steemit Community. They will be coached, guided and given tuition of how to be blogging in Steem. This will help them to know how Steem differs from other social media interms of sharing contents.

Introduction

Last two days I reported how I was successful Recruiting @clementbm on last Thursday which happened to be a holiday. It's rather becoming a routine that we recruit new members at least every week. I see this as a plus for our Team here in Ghana.

We have done the same thing by Recruiting six (6) members. As I said early in my posts. I always give credit to @menak, @bigssam and @sarkodieeric1 who are supporting me daily in our Recruitment and Engagement.

This week @menak and I devoted to work hard to to recruit 6 people in to steemit to ensure the proper growth and development of this community. We try out our best to make new friends in our community especially those in our work places.

Most of these Newbies recruited, are teachers from Nsutaman Catholic Senior High School. One was a student who is yet to enter tertially.

By God's grace we were able to register six(6) people of which we have planned to meet all of them to guide them to write their first post (achievement1 Task)

Our Recruitment Activities

I have successfully trained at @menak to be able to sign up New members. So around 1pm while school lessons have break, we gathered few students while a Mr. Huseine was in their midst to listen to us. We took them through a lot of how Steem operate and the benefits one would achieve upon joining Steem. My questions came from them, while @menak and I were able to answer most questions. We ended up by signing Me Huseine . But other students had to wait so that later we sign them up because they were in hurry to join lessons.

Like I said, most of these registered members into Steem are teachers but they are also talented in some other fields. For instance, Mr. Huseine is into sports. He is sports master for Nsutaman Catholic SHS. I believe if he begins he would also prefer to share content at #Worldofsports Community.

Skinner as we use to call him is a Science Tutor and Ex- Assembly man at Nsuta who have served the Community as well as the School. He is very influential and spoke man. He sees Steem to be a changing life upon @menak introduced him. Today is the day that we have gathered here to sign him up. He is very excited to being sign up.

@ophoto has very good potfolio to his credit. Being a sports Master at Nsutaman Catholic SHS and also a Photography at Nsuta and its environs. We believe he will able to explore much here and will share a lot of his talents to support Steemit Team here. We went on to guide him to registered. Amofa(@menak) did all his best to get him signed up.

Nana Yaw Sekyere is also a teachers at Abonkosu Basic School. He loves writing and learning a lot using internet. We helped him to sign up.

We ended our Recruitment by guiding Eva to sign up. At a certain point the network was not favoring us but we managed support upon waiting for a while. She is a fresh Newly completed Senior High Student who will enter tertially soon.

It's our fervent hope that these great works wouldn't be a nine day wonder but will continue unabated to promote Steem to the World.

We had an opportunity to register more than this number but due to some challenges they couldn't went through the successful registration.

The reason was that,
Some them were not using a supported phone. Meaning their phones can not access Internet.

Poor or no internet access in some places
Another reason was that, there was no internet access in some areas like Akamadoa.

Another challenge was that of people who are illiterate but were willing to join steemit community also could not register.

We are planning to discuss the issue with other members with our enclosed area for funds to educate them. Those who will be able to acquire the knowledge and skills in writing would have opportunity to register. Doing this will also propagate the the good news of steemit. We hope with time we will be able to recruit more.

After successful education of the newly registered members we will continue another massive and cluster recruitment.

We will also love to bring updates on the effort we are making to teach these Newbies about how to begin blogging more especially the Achievement Tasks on Steem.
