How we set our goals is entirely reliant on ourselves but we must make sure they are meaningful ones. These goals must be such that they are achievable as well as help us to challenge ourselves.

For many people who join steemit, they tend to focus on the wrong things. A quick glance at the trending posts, and they quickly take to their heels and start posting contents with little value that don't really have a particular target audience. That is the misconception many newbies tend to have, and it is what discourages them after they get disappointed.
