THE DIARY GAME : 7TH FEBRUARY, 2022 : A VISIT TO THE MECHANIC WORKSHOP & REUNION WITH SOME CLOSE FRIENDS AFTER 4 MONTHS. [Prices In Steem Included]

Greetings everyone,

Ever since we vacated from school and went home last semester, there have been some people in my life I had not seen since. But this is part of life and at times, your friends would have to depart to different places. And since that period lasted from late September to early January this year, it was a 4 months long.

During this period, we all had to find places to do our internship for our third year of school. Internships need to be strategic and point towards your chosen career path since it is the best form of of guidance towards your chosen path.

After this period, we have all come together once again since school has resumed and we thought it was a good time to hang out. We therefore visited a gaming establishment to play a couple of games and have a good time together.

I first met up with Solomon since we had to work on some issues on the motorbike that we were using. We worked on the tail lights and the headlights and the brakes.

The man said it was going to take long so we had to go across the streets to take our lunch at that time.

We therefore took to the shades and ordered for some khebab and malt. The khebab here was made out of sausage and it was very spicy unlike the other once in many other areas.

The price of sausage khebab is 3 cedis (1.2 steem) a piece so the 4 amount to 12 cedis (4.81 steem).

Once we were done, we met up with other friends of ours who were Roland and Michael. They live nearby so we picked them up individually and then went to play some games in town.

These games comprised of FIFA 21 and pool board. We started off with a game of fifa between teams of two. So that the winners will meet at the end of each session. The cost of playing a single game is 1 cedi (0.4 steem).

After playing the FIFA 21 for some few rounds, we moved on to the pool table. For the pool, they charge 3 cedis (1.2 steem) for one game since it takes much longer to play and there are usually people waiting in line for their turn.

Truth be told, none of us were very good at the game but we certainly had so much fun. It was funny to see how Roland missed the last 8 ball and gave Solomon the chance to win the game at the very end.

Once were done, we came back to our campus and parted ways. I was very happy to meet up with these guys after a long time. I hope we get to do this later on.
