Most of the time, we choose to be complacent with our current knowledge and skill we have used over a long time in our field of work. Other times, we even forget to acquaint ourselves with some basic knowledge we need in order to work effectively and efficiently in whatever we do.

The most detestable experience is to get embarrassed in front of someone who believed in you just because you do not know what you seem to be doing in your field of work.

The worst of it is to get replaced by someone who has taken time to add value to him/herself in your field.

And so today, my message for you is this; Up your game! Add Value to yourself whenever you can. Keep up with recent trends in your field of work and be sure not to neglect the Basic things.
