How to Change Life for the Better Quickly
Hello dear members of the Steem Ghana community, how are you? I hope you are all well and always in God's protection.
Introducing my name @muhammadhidayatt . I'm from Indonesia and on this sunny morning, allow me to post my first post in the #SteemGhana community. The theme I want to cover here is: "How to Change Lives for the Better Quickly".
This is a good question in my opinion. Most people ask how you can change your life in such a short time. Either in a week, month, or a matter of years. However, unfortunately real change takes time. Most experts agree that to change our lives takes about 18-24 months of continuous effort and time. Then how? Check out my review below.
1. Focus on Health.
Your health will determine your ability to succeed in every other area of life. Without a healthy and energetic body, then you will never succeed to reach the highest level. Therefore, you have to start changing things gradually. Are as follows:
Do the exercise 4-5 times a week. You can start by doing activities that you like such as jogging, gymnastics or cycling.
Consumption of foods that are high in nutrients such as fresh fruits and vegetables, and reduce buying fast food which is not good for health in the long term.
Get 8 hours of sleep every night and stop listening to people telling you "sleep less so you can be more productive".
Check health, identify possible nutritional deficiencies. Then take enough supplements to fix it. Most people operate far below their true capabilities.
Do meditation every day to get calm and make the body more relaxed.
Spend at least 20 minutes outdoors and bask directly in the morning sun to get fresh vitamin D.
Also note that all of these things are relatively very cheap, and even cost almost nothing. If you do some of these things regularly every week. It is certain that your life will experience many significant positive changes.
2. Have Quality Sleep.
Even though you sleep at night every day, making sure you get the ideal sleep every night becomes a basic thing to do every day. The body needs adequate sleep at least 8 hours a day. This is in order to increase endurance and revitalize the body independently.
You can also prepare for bed earlier by forcing yourself to sleep. Or you can sleep a few extra hours compared to the usual 5-6 hours of sleep. In addition to getting enough sleep, it also helps reduce stress levels and makes the body more awake and stamina. That way, this will improve the quality of life both physically and non-physically which results can make life change for the better.
3. Take One Action Every Day.
Choose a major career or financial goal, such as building a business with a 6-figure income, quitting your job, or building a new career. Then for the next 24 months, make a commitment to lay just one "bricks" each day. What this means is, take only one action each day that gets you closer to your goal or goal.
If it's too hard to do just one thing every day, then you don't want it bad enough. My advice, it doesn't have to be big, but it has to be something. So over time, this will add up and be able to produce something very big.
4. Meditate on thoughts.
If you don't regularly take the time to clear your mind and clear your mind, then you will never be able to change your life the way you want it to. In today's modern world there are too many distractions at our fingertips. Therefore, I highly recommend that you take just one day a week to focus on yourself. Good goals you achieve, dreams, and anything you should be grateful for in life.
Keep a diary of your thoughts and feelings. Sit in meditation, listen to what comes up and take a moment to clear your mind. So you can see more clearly what you really need to succeed for the other 6 days. Instead of working "hard" in many different directions.
5. Take time to Learn new Skills.
In my opinion, success is not only obtained by those who are the smartest or strongest. But it can also be obtained by those who are most skilled. When you have something of value to offer in the market, people will pay you for it. When you have interpersonal skills such as empathy and communication, romantic partners may flock to you. This also applies to other things related to business.
Therefore, spend at least 30 minutes a day learning a new skill. Not just for a hobby, but also for making a profit. Be it coding, marketing, advertising on Facebook, learning a new language, selling or negotiating. Don't let your days go by and you don't improve your skills or abilities. Learn to enjoy your life's journey, have fun, and appreciate the gifts of the present moment.
6. Learning Organization.
Quite easy. It is aesthetically appealing even if it is quite boring at first. You still have to deal with it. Also get easier access to everything you need.
Gives extra time to focus on other priorities, thus providing a neat environment to do so.
7. Doing Meditation.
Another habit that many people may overlook until experimenting and realizing the profound life-changing benefits it can provide is meditation. This activity is great for almost all systems in our body. In addition, our bodies will be very grateful for these habits later. Meditation is also very good for making our minds more fresh and relaxed. Meditation habits can also make the mind sharper and ready. Not only that, this habit if done regularly can clear mental fog. Build an understanding of what we need to do in our own best interests.
8. Improve reading and writing habits.
Literacy can change a person's point of view. Because in a book there is a lot of information, as long as we are right in choosing and sorting quality books. Books are not just a collection of papers, but more than that. In the book we can find many solutions and very valuable life knowledge.
One of the habits of successful people is fond of reading books and also writing. Either write ideas or even plans for the future. You can also try writing in a diary or notepad for all the things or ideas that come to your mind.
9. Increase Exercise.
Honestly like meditation, exercise can also improve your livelihood. Knowing how common knowledge about it is already widely known. Focus other habits into one thing to do.
Regular exercise will help the body become more fit and ready in all conditions. Our bodies will also be trained so that they are not easily attacked by various diseases and also not easy to complain because they are tired. In other words, sport becomes an important foundation for changing lives quickly.
10. Have a Dream and Make It Come True.
The way to be able to change someone quickly, then that person must have a dream and must be ready to make it happen. Dreams make a person excited and able to look ahead with more passion. For example, dream of having your own prestigious office someday. Of course, when you have a dream, it is not enough to just keep it in your dreams, but you need real action.
In realizing this dream, it must also be accompanied by patience and consistency and balanced with persistence in achieving it. Slow sea, what is dreamed of can be obtained even though it is not as easy as turning the palm of the hand. All of these things require a process, enjoy all the existing processes.
Being successful and making changes to yourself takes time, discipline, and a lot of patience. No matter how great the talent, or the effort put in, some things just need time to show maximum and real results.
