Hello lovely steemians and wonderful people of the Steem Ghana Community, I am very glad to make my input for this contest. It's been an amazing journey so far on steemit and I'm still enjoying my steemit experience. I must say steemit has proven to be more a social media platform or perhaps a blockchain, steemit is a very big family I'm proud to be part of.

I also want to acknowledge our hardworking country reps; @nattybongo, @njaywan and @oppongk and the moderators for their selfless effort in making sure this Community becomes outstanding and as well ensuring growth of the Community and the blockchain in general. Thanks to @silencewan for organizing this great contest.

To all wonderful people on steemit and also in Ghana for accepting to being part of steemit, without you the Community won't be able to have reached where it is now.

My Anticipation for Steem Ghana Community In The Next 2-4 Months

The steem ghana Community is doing amazing well, in terms of promo, meet ups , sign-up, powering up and among others. I must say in the next 2-4months we should expect nothing but massive growth and fantastic strategies put in place to grow the Community and steemit as a whole. It will take you and I to see these expectations come through. The following some of my expectations for steemghana for the next 2-4month.

• More Universities In Ghana to Join Campus connect which will lead to increase in investors in @steem-ghana:

Campus Connect is an initiative brought up by one of our Ghanaian Promoters, @mcsamm. Currently campus connect is running in 3 Universities in Ghana; University of Development Studies, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and Ghana Communications Technology University. I am forseeing in the next 2-4months that we will have other Universities in Ghana joining the Campus Connect. Since this initiative is in Ghana it will help the community grow because as promo is going on, more people will be signed up and since they are in Ghana, they will join the steem-ghana Community which lead to its growth.

• Launch of Steem-tech Club and Increase in The Number of Ladies in Steem-ghana

Hopefully, Steem-tech Club an initiative brought by me to aid the ladies understand more about tech and crypto will be launch soon.

Already I have been able to organize two seminars which resulted in the gathering about 9 female steemians in Ghana. Some ladies who weren't active are now active and we have about two new sign ups . The launch of steem-tech club will go a long way to increase the number of females in steem-ghana. Through this avenue too, I believe we can promote steemit a and also get more ladies to join the blockchain.

I have created a group on WhatsApp to guide the ladies and also ensure their activeness on the blockchain.

• Steem power increase of the Community and increase of voting power which will help support it's members

The steem power of the community is 8,177.913 I'm anticipating that in the next 2-4months, the steem power will reach 12,000-15,000. It will be great because it will help the community upvote higher on posts of its members. Let's all help delegate some of our steem power as well to the community, this will help the community alot, awe should also remember to give 10% payout to the community whenever we make a post. It will really help.

Steemghana is a great and wonderful community. I don't see steemghana as a community but a family. I know that surely we will go far and in the next 2-4months the Community will rise up and do massively well than it is doing now. It will take you and I to help the community grow.
