I am always happy to see how far the female gender has come over the year, from being confined to the kitchen and being deprived of formal education to having ladies taking ministerial positions in high government sectors and making a great impact on society through academia as well as entrepreneurship.

People like Isabel Dos Santos, Folorunso Alakija, Ngina Kenyatta, and the likes of Ghanaian celebrities like Jackie Appiah motivate me so much to want to be the very best I can be. It proves the point that perhaps what men can do women can do and sometimes even better, even on the field of athletics we see women breaking the 10 seconds barrier now, and it's only a matter of time before records are broken.

I feel proud of myself to be a woman, and I vehemently believe that every lady out there ought to feel the same, we are proud and powerful and there is absolutely nothing that we cannot achieve if we set our minds to it, we always have an added advantage in our 21st century and we ought to make the most of it.

As a Lady not only should you yearn to be at the very top but we should also be each other's keeper, it is said that when a lady is trained it is a whole community that benefits and that's true owing to the responsibilities we tend to play in the society, our ability to endure is out of this world and that makes us exceptional creatures.
