Hello to all Steemians across the globe. Today is a special for all Men in the universe, and it is so because this day was set aside to acknowledge the efforts and contributions of all Fathers in the world. Hence, a big Happy Father’s Day to all men in this wonderful Steem ecosystem. This post is my entry to @steem-ghana Father’s day contest. Therefore, I will be sharing images and succinct words about my biological father as an appreciation token for his immeasurable love and care. Fathers play crucial roles in the development of every family. Their absence are truly felt; likewise, their presence have vital impact on events. Fathers provide security in many forms, being it a social, emotional, financial, or spiritual one. With their distinct parenting method, Fathers add spices to the lifestyles of families. The importance of a father is not being exaggerated in this article as there are myriad researches that buttress the aforementioned points. In a research by Ronald P. Rohner and A. Veneziano, it was confirmed that the presence of a loving and care-taking father was as essential as having a loving and caring mother. Hence, fathers are equally responsible for the social, academic, financial, emotion, and spiritual evolution of their offspring.

My dad, Franklin, is one in a million. He is a simple and friendly man, who is serious about the relationship with his family and God. When I was a juvenile, he moved overseas in search of greener pasture; In the midst of return issues regarding traveling documents, he still committed to the well being of the family, regardless of the distance. Eventually, he successfully made it back home and started his own business. Nash, as he is affectionately called, is a hardworking man and a life-long learner. He is an avid Chelsea fan and an alumnus of Kumasi Senior High School. Nash is a good cook and hilarious as well. I couldn’t have asked for more. To this end, I would like to use this opportunity to wish him a lovely Father’s Day. May God grant his heart desires because he is a man with a good heart.
