Promoting Entrepreneurship in Ghana

in Steem Ghana3 years ago

Hello Steemians, I trust our weekend ended on a good note. Today, I want to talk about how NBSSI is doing its possible best to make the youth be bosses of their own and help their fellow brothers and sisters make ends meet.
I believe a lot of us have realized that having a white collar job isn't the best way to financial freedom. We attend the best of schools to gain knowledge and hopefully, come out with great ideas or innovative ways to make life less stressful. But what prevents most of us from making our dreams a reality is the support i.e. funding. Funding plays an important a role into putting our 2 and 2 together to bring our plans to light. But we fail. You know why? It is because we don't know how to write a good business plan. We are unable to make our cost analysis, conduct market research to know what the residents want, identify our niche and also know who our target market is. This is why NBSSI in partnership with Mastercard Foundation have come out with ways to help identify entrepreneurs in all 16 regions of Ghana through training and funding. I believe this is a great way to unearth the innovation in us, make our plans come to light and make our dreams come true.
