A tour in the upper east region || Part 1|| Kologo

Hello fellow steemians, I hope everyone is doing well. Well, it’s been a while since I posted on here because I have been consumed by work. But I have come to stay this time around even though work still keeps mounting pressure.

My work is such that we go to different places in the region to take samples for our research work. For your information, I work in a research center so we go and take the samples from various communities to work on in the lab.

This has given me the chance to visit new places in the region. Since I don’t want to have all the fun to myself, I have decided to share pictures of the places I visit here so that people who have not visited the north before know what this place looks like.

We mostly leave at dawn at around 3:00 am to get to the place early. Today, we visited “kologo”. This community is located in the southern part of Navrongo. We got there at around 3:30 am. The weather was very cold but we had no choice. I did not take a pullover so I was very cold.

We finished it around 7:30 am and we left for the office. After an activity like this, you are allowed to go home, make up for the night and then return to work to continue working.

These are some pictures I took. Tomorrow is another day and I hope to bring you pictures of the community we will be visiting tomorrow. We will visit Sirigu in the Eastern part.
