Many a time, we tag ourselves to be good steemians, but have we ever find the pain to know what a good steemian is? The truth of the matter is that, some of us do not understand what underlines, defines or marks a good steemian.
Today, I would like to remind us all and explain some important ingredients that qualifies one as a good steemian.

The first quality to discuss is love. Without love, a steemian cannot steem from his/her heart. Love is a matter of the heart, therefore if you love something, you always wish that the particular thing grows and flourish. Will you ever wish that something that you love with your heart fail? A good steemian must have love in his or her steem-life. When love leads, we steem genuinely out of our heart. We must love our fellow steemians and be willing to carry them on and assist them in difficult times. Newbies most expecially get lost on our platform. They write and post anything at anytime and anyhow. If we have love, we will assist them to know where to post, what to post and when to post. Most steemians write good content and do not get the necessary support. With love, all hands come on deck and there is a collective responsibility. We can go the extra mile to read posts and support others so as to encourage them.

With love, a steemian develops passion. Passion is a passport every steemian must have. Love develops passion. With passion, whether in good or bad times, a good steemian remain persistent and poised in order to maintain and support the steemit community.

A good steemian must support leadership initiatives. The objective of every community is that it's members must support. As a good steemian, one must support initiative in order to strengthen the foundation of the community. For example: initiative by the steemitblog concerning the various club initiatives, a good steemian must support it. This is because, it is the very wish of leadership that the grassroots grow.

A good steemian must produce quality posts. We us steemians, it is our responsibility to feed our community with educative contents in order for the steemit community to have credibility. Posts must be devoid of Plagiarism. Contents that support our findings should be cited or acknowledged properly. Enough researches must go into our work. This will benefit the community and also help the steemian to stock reliable contents in blog which can be relied upon for future use. Topics for researches must be catchy, markdowns must be properly used. Paragraphs must be formed well, that is to say that, topic sentences must have supporting sentences to buttress them. Cohesion and coherence (sameness and unit) of paragraphs must reflect.
To conclude, all these quality can be very effective when a steemian plants love in him/herself. Let us love and support activities on this platform. All discourses in this community are interwoven (they work hand in hand). Let us all support.
