THE DIARY GAME- 03/08/2021 - A DAY OUT AT THE LEGON BOTANICAL GARDENS.

Hello everyone,

I will say today has been a great day. It wasn't any of the usual days where I had to prepare for lectures. All work and no play they say makes Jack a dull boy. My coursemates and I made arrangements to have a class day out at the Legon Botanical Gardens.

The Botanical Gardens has a beautiful play space for people of all ages. There's the canopy walk, high rope course and a dam.

We left our various rooms for the place at 9am. Preparations were done earlier on the activities we will be doing. Upon arrival, we went to the main office to pay our entrance fee. The price was subsidized because we are students. They then allocated a portion for us to have our picnic.

We thanked God for the day and socialised. Just after everything, we did a what do you know quiz. This quiz was basically about the things we had learned in class. It was very educative because it helped to recall some basic things.

We then played the pick and act game. This was followed by karaoke and a dance challenge.

You know we can’t leave the food aspect out. There was rice, pastries, drinks, chicken, fries and pizza. It really felt nice to be here. We had a good time together.

We returned back to campus after a nice picnic to rest.
