Music
One of the oldest things there are on this earth is music, it was there even before the creation of the world and i would in no way doubt that it would continue even after this world has past. Every mythology or creation story you may come across will always have some form of music in there somewhere to emphasize on this fact.
Let look at the creation story from the Bible, the Lord has angels of host and of these grouping of defenders, fighters etc we had choiresters too and of all these angels we realized that one of the most powerful of them all was the music director himself, the one who lead the heavenly host of angels. Powerful enough to even venture into overthrowing the creator himself.
Well it didn't end well for him but are you getting my point? In the Greek and Greece mythology we have Apollo who is popular of the other gods because of the powerful effect his music had not only amongst the gods but also in the human realm. Music transcends the heavens and is such a powerful too that it can heal as well as cause damage.
Much like the tongue many have even described it as a double edged sword, it can be used to insult, cause havoc, harm, damage etc amongst people and can be use to propagate peace, love, serenity, tranquility and harmony. And so i would recommend music to you, if you are not a fan is high time you started.
You do not have to be stuck with any particular ones, in my opinion if it hits it hits, it may be classical, it may be RnB, it may be Rihana, Beyonce or Justin Bieber, it may also be kwame Eugene or any of our the Nigerian or ghanaian singers, just allow music to keep you going and feel the powerful effect it has on your life.
