Hello steemians,

I am very happy to be writing about this content today as it is very important that we really keep our health in a good shape in respective of what we do.

Before I start I will like to say a very big thanks to @knopka145 for giving me an idea of this topic with her steem plant contest that I earlier participated in.

FRUITS

These are some of the edible parts of plants that has in it most of the essential nutrients that the body needs for growth and development. They are mostly sweet and soft. Different fruits come with diffident colors and taste. Almost everybody in this world has 1 or 2 or even more as their favorite fruits. Sometimes it even gets hard to choose between the fruits because they all turn to be our favorite.

FACT ABOUT FRUITS

  • Most fruits appears and grows in different localities and regions. Say, a fruit in China may not be able to withstand the whether in Africa and will die(apple). With the same token, some fruits in African may not also be able to withstand the whether in China( baobab). Also, there are general fruits that appears anywhere in the world, even though growth and development might vary but eventually there would be a tree. For example like a mango tree. This is a general tree that grows anywhere in the world. The only difference is the species and the type of mango, that might vary with the locality, time of growth, place of growth, or does not even appear.

IMPORTANCE OF FRUITS.

  • Efficient and effective inner regulation: Fruits regulate all parts of our bodies. They help to cleans and wash out the bad chemicals and waste materials. As we take in different fruits day in day out, the essential nutrients are distributed to all parts of the body. They are shared among the body parts were growth and development can take place.
  • Efficient and effective outer regulation: after we have taken these fruits and it has passed through the inner body and has worked out the chemical mechanisms, it will now show or reflect on the outer body parts. For instance, the eyes becomes brighten, it freshens the skin, it reduces odor, removes acne, easy defecation and many more. This goes a long way to show that fruits are not just working on one side of the body but rather both the inner and outer parts which is like killing 2 birds with 1 stone and hence it’s importance. So I encourage everybody to really increase their fruits intake.
  • Supports the gym life: most of the times when we hear that fruits aids the progress in body building whiles working out, we think it really be lies or fake news, but ideally it truly helps and works but in a low progression. Not as to how you think it would, as fast as magic. Rather it replenishes the inside body and gives you the necessary energy and vitamins you need in the bones and muscles to hit the gym more.
  • Fruits fights against diseases: There are so many battles going on in our bodies and immune systems. The fact that we don’t fall sick everyday doesn’t mean we don’t get diseases every now and then. There are so many diseases in our bodies that the immune systems are fighting. However the fruits we take in aids in the up-fit and well being of the immune, which also takes that energy fight so many diseases. Which is the more reason why I said earlier that just because you don’t see the effectiveness of fruits doesn’t mean that they don’t work or have a good effect on you.
  • Fruits cure or manage infected bodies that already has diseases.
  • Fruits serves as snacks and we enjoy them
  • Fruits causes easy digestion

USES OF FRUITS

  • fruits can be made into cans for preservation: In other to avoid decaying and spoilage. This cans and tins can be used later on in the future even when the fruits are off season.
  • Animals feed on the peels of fruits: This serves as a way to minimize cost in our animals management at home. We can easily give them the leftovers whenever we are done eating them.
  • Fruit are used for the production of medicines: nowadays almost every medicine we take, when traced back, would be 1 or more fruits in the production process. Some of these are vitamin C, dynewell, and so many more.
  • Used in the manufacture of soap and perfumes.

FRUITS AND THE BEST TIMES TO EAT THEM

There are some specific times that we are requires to eat these fruits to enhance effectiveness, this is because the right timing aids in the proper distribution of the nutrients to the body, almost unanimously, eating these fruits in empty stomach is best for the body to be able to absorb all the nutrients.

              Banana
  • Best time to eat - Noon
  • Worse time to eat - Night
                Apple
  • Best time to eat - Morning
  • Worse time to eat - Night

Most of the times, the best time to take fruits will be in the morning and afternoon. And the worse time will always be at night. So take note and avoid taking fruits at night. And remember not to take fruits and especially acidic fruits just after meals. It does not aid in digestion. I am saying this because I have heard so many people say and think that it is advisable to have oranges after meals because it helps in digestion but is actually the opposite. It slows digestion and increases in blood sugar level.
