Greetings to all the members, friends, and lovers of this noble community (@steem-ghana). Its a privilege to once again relate with you today. Before I continue with the theme of today, I do love to appreciate the leadership of this community for giving and seeing us worthy to share our opinions on how to strengthen the affairs of the community. Its indeed a privilege to share my opinion. Remain blessed as you read through.

Tell Us What You Think Can Help Leadership And Give Strength And Energy To Community Business

Looking at the above theme, it's clear that this community really mean business. And a man or woman who give rooms for opinions and advice from other people is definitely going to have a great achievement. No one knows it all and no one can survive without the assistant of someone. Like people always say, two heads are better than one. If we can come together with our opinions, definitely, success will be our portion. The growth and development of any community does not depend only on the Admins and moderators, but it depend also on it members, friends, and lovers. Nevertheless, the admins and moderators are the driven force behind any development. As such, below are my opinions and advice to them.

  1. Weekly contest: the basic thing that attract the attention of steemians around the world is contest. Without contest, they won't be interaction between member, because contest is what brings us together to interact. As such I advice that the incoming moderator's should try as much as possible to host weekly contest that will attract attention of steemians around the world.

  2. Distribution of reward: for anyone to be motivated towards a particular thing, he or she must have a target or goal. I so much believe that 85 to 95% of steemians are after reward. As such I advice that at the end of every contest, the reward allocated for the contest should be distributed to top performers according to the rules guiding the contest.

  3. Making it compulsory for participants to resteem a contest: it is impossible for someone to participate in a contest that he or she is not aware of, And the number of people that knows about a contest determine the number of entries. As such, I advice that the moderators should make it a rule for every participant to resteem a contest, so that many people can get to know about it and participate.

  4. Making it a rule for participants to invite friends: one of the way in which people can also get to know about a particular contest, is by invitation. As such, I advice that every participant should always invite at least three other steemians.

  5. Setting a beneficiary: the more steem power a community have, the more it grows. As such, I advice the moderators to always set 10%, 15%, to 20% beneficiary to every contest. With that, the community will get more steem power needed to expand.

  6. Delegation: another way a community can grow is by receiving delegation from members. As such, I advice that the leadership of this community should always encourage member to delegate to the community, so that the community can have more steem power.

  7. Encourage engagement among members: one basic factor that call the attention of steem curators is engagement. And every community need the support of curators to grow. As such, engagement should be made compulsory among members.

8: support member: as a community, try as much as possible to support member with vote. Vote on their article, comment and encouge them. With that, they will always have the community in mind.

conclusion

Just like I earlier mentioned, the growth and development of this community is basically on us all. Although we have leaders who guide the activities of the community, we all have a role to play when it comes to the progress of this community. I want to call on us all to always post articles in the community, and to also set at least 10% beneficiary to the community account. Lastly, I want to appreciate this community once again for giving us the room to share our opinions.

Thank you for reading.
I invite @yakspeace, @joymm, and @micheal-akpan to participate.
