Why are you down?
most of the times, we normally go through a lot of challenges at our workplaces, our homes ,our worship centres and business centres.We face expected and unexpected ones.
most of the time we do forget where we came from ,how we started and how far we have gotten to .You being worried doesn't mean your problem will be solved and also feeling lonely doesn't means you can't do it in life. it all depends on how you see the problem and then how you tackle it.
how do you carry your burdens which are supposed to be carried by the almighty.

A word of sincere prayer can change everything in a second so why do we always bother ourselves when in depression?.
Don't forget the Almighty who created you from nothing ,who took care of you when you were weak , who took care of you when you were strong and who is still taking care of you.
go back onto your knells humbly and then pour out your grievances to him and you shall be heard.
