THE DIARY GAME: MY SUNDAY ACTIVITIES (04/07/2021)

Hello fellow Steemians,
Today is another day and I could like to share my daily activities post.

I woke up at 7 a.m , sweep and mop my house as usual.

I was not able to church.So I decided to prepare simple beef sauce with jollof rice.

The ingredients use for the beef sauce were (beef , onion, green pepper, garlic, spring onions ,carrots, corn flour and soya sauce). I then cut my ingredients into small shapes.

In the first place, I steam the beef (meat) for about 20 minutes.

And then mix the corn flour with water. I added the mix corn flour to the steam beef(meat) and wait for about 10 minutes , before adding the vegetables mentioned.

I serve myself with my jollof rice and beef sauce and enjoy my day meal .
