LET US THINK ABOUT WHO NEEDS IT MORE?
Hello everyone,
In life, we are offered a series of opportunities to do good so that we could contribute to making the world a better place. These chances, however small they may seem, arrive at our doorsteps on a daily basis in different shapes and forms. What we have to do is to embrace them and give them the uttermost attention they deserve.
A much as we are human, we are never satisfied with our conditions since there is always room for improvement. If we are able to achieve a height of 10, we look at the next possible step which 11. Then we are aiming for 15, 20, and possibly even 100. Whatever, the level we attain, we look forward to the next.
Similarly, I want us to understand that just as we are looking forward to better times, someone is aiming for just a
taste of what your current situation may be, just a taste. They would be very content with that even if it means that they don't achieve anything else ever again.
A clear example is seen in the cycle of life where a person who is physically challenged would probably wish they had the ability to walk. And a person who is able to walk may wish they owned a car. And a person who has a car would most likely be aiming for something bigger, say a house. In that order.
This should tell us that regardless of our desires, we need to show compassion to one another. If we want something and we come across someone who needs it more, let us show some generosity and put a smile on their face. Maybe, we need some extra cash for some jewelery, while someone needs it for surgery. At times, even though we have worked for it, we must help humanity by sacrificing for others.
This will surely help make the world a much better place. Thank you very much.
People are going through a lot . We complain a lot about our current situation ,but some people need just one percent of what we have . Let's do our best to help the vulnerable ones , they need us . Thank you for creating this awareness. It is my hope we give more to the destitute ones
