Daily Dairy - July 10 2024

I'm not sure if I've had less than 16k steps on a work day this year. Most times when I pick my phone, actifit is active in the background and yet I'm not getting the 20k+ steps I used to get. Still can't pinpoint what is exactly wrong. It's becoming quite irritating.
