The Diary Game: Attended Health talk program for kids. 26/09/2021.

Hello my fellow Steemians,

It's been a wonderful day and this day comes with various opportunities and activities.

I was invited to participate in a health program organized by the child development center at Nsuta, for kids.

Arrival
As a volunteer teacher, I prepared and set off to the center. When I got there I had to ensure the organization of the kids during their arrival. Most of the kids were now reporting to the place, so I had to direct them to their various sitting places to wait for the beginning of the program.

After some hours all the kids had arrived and were seated at their places.

Soon the health personnel and the rest of the staff arrived. They all occupied their seats.
The projector and the address systems were made available for the commencement of the talk.

As part of my assignment,i was to take photos of the program, so,i make ready my digital camera and began my work.

The program activities
The program began with prayers. This was lead by one of the staff members.
She took us through a time of singing and praying for about 15 minutes.

After that, I was asked to give a brief sermon. I did not hesitate, I ensured the sermon went well as expected.

Now, the health personnel was given the floor to take us through the main agenda for the day.
She is a nurse at the Nsuta polyclinic.
She took us through the topic of food,food nutrients and it's benefits to the body.
And also the effect of lack of this food nutrients in the body.
Her presentation was accompanied with illustrations from the projector. It was a lovely moment for us all, both kids and staff.

We really enjoyed the talk.
She gave room for questions and answers.
And to my amazement some of the kids were willing to ask questions.
They were all lined up and allowed to asked their questions in turns.
All questions were answered to their satisfaction.

It's now time for refreshments. Everyone was served with some snacks. That is, yogurt and pie.

The room was filled with excitement by the kids. They all enjoyed their smacks.

Conclusion
The closing prayer was said by one of the kids and the program came to a close.

Departure time
It was time for everyone to depart to their various destinations,
Those that were staying closer to the venue, walked home whiles those for afar boarded vehicles back home.
