THE DIARY GAME- MY SUNDAY ACTIVITIES

Hello fellow steemians. I will like to share with you how my yesterday went, which was on a Sunday 9th May. It was a special day since it was mother’s day and the day my uncle was ending his Ramadan sermon ( Tafseer).

When I woke up, after eating my suhur( food to take for fasting) at around 3:30am. I didn’t sleep after fajr( the dawn prayer) . I started preparing moin moin and porridge to share to my mothers and grannies.
I started with the moin moin. From my previous post, I have already given out recipe on how to prepare it. You can refer if you missed it.

I later prepared the porridge.

At around 2pm everything was set. I packaged them for delivery. I began with my mom’s aunt, who’s my granny too. She was very excited about the porridge and moin moin. I’m glad I made her happy.

When I left her place for the next person, the traffic was too long in town which was delaying delivery for me.

I decided to walk since it wasn’t that far to the next person’s house. I had a lot of load, so I carried them on my head.

At around 3:30pm, I was done with my delivery. I came home to rest for 30mins , I watched one of my favorite Nickelodeon series “ Henry Kid danger” before I leave for the end tafseer of my uncle.

I got there a bit late. They had already started the program. The extended family were present.

Since it was the end of year’s Ramadan sermon, he made it a brief one by thanking everyone for coming and for supporting him throughout his journey.
Once the program had ended, we came out to take pictures as a family.

It was a great time meeting the extended family. We thank God for a successful end of year sermon( tafseer). Thank you too for reading through , I hope I entertained you with how my day went. Stay bless.
