FINAL PREPARATIONS FOR THE MEET UP COMING UP ON MONDAY 5th APRIL, 2021

It’s a sunny day here in Navorongo but we have not option than to finalize our preparations for the meet up.

I received my T-shirt from my country rep @njaywan this morning and tried it on.

After trying it on and it was well fitted, He asked me to prepare so we go to our venue to make final preparations, that’s making part payments of our bills and surveying the arrangements in the conference room.

We left the hostel and set out to Mayaga Hotel.

At the hotel, the manager wasn’t around so we were asked to wait a little but was granted permission to have a look at the conference room arrangements.

The decorations was very beautiful and we very happy.
After some view minutes, the manger drove in.

We had a very short discussion with her and made final payments for everything that will be needed for the meet up.

We applauded her for her kind gesture and welcoming nature. We are most grateful to her.
We then came back to our hostel to also do our personal preparations.
