Hello steem Ghana,

Good evening to all members in this community, I hope we are all fine. Today being Sunday in the month of July, I once again comes to our doorsteps to share with you with some of the aspect of Steemit Blockchain. So this week, I sat down to analysed some challenges and reasons why some members have doubts in this blockchain network and I have three words to communicated with my dear steemians.

WHAT LEADS TO SUCCESS IN STEEMIT BLOCKCHAIN

• PASSION

Passion is the strong feelings, emotions and personal desire one have for something. It can be in a form of anger, love, hate and trust. When connecting passion to our blockchain, it means we need to have a great love and enthusiasm to understand Steemit. Now that the Steem and the Steem dollor is depreciating day in day out in the market structure, people have stopped writing posts . Because their only aim and objective is the token they will got today but not tomorrow.But any passion is a great boon to happiness. A passion gives you a reason to learn and to work towards mastery. It can often gives you a reason to have a new experiences and fosters social bonds. So let all have a great passion as a bloggers to be very consistent forever.

• IMPROVE
  Improve is to develop and increase in mental capacity of personal experiences. Thus to achieve and produce something better than before. Here, a person who joined Steemit in pass two years has gain and acquire knowledge and experience than a person who join Steemit in the beginning of this 2021 year. So we are all here to grow well in this blockchain with respect to time. This paves way for as to do research and inquiries of everything we do here. So brothers, we came in here as ordinary person and now we can testified the knowledge and skills we have acquired in Steemit Blockchain Network.

• MENTORSHIP

A mentor is someone who teaches, gives helps and advise to a less experience person. These people gives support, advise and guide you, they typically take the time to get to know you and the challenges you are facing and then use their understanding and personal experience to help you improve.
The person who introduce Steemit to me was less experience in it because we did the signing up in the same month with respect to days. So I try to follow three(3) steemians which was @oppongk, @nattybongo and @njaywan in the first place. They guided me by commenting all my posts both good and bad and it has really help me deceit from it.To all the new steemians, please seek help and guides from from the existing steemians to acquire knowledge and understanding to thrive in this Blockchain
