Get a Good Rest, It Has a lots of Positives
Man is a special creation in comparison to all other creations, which is probably the reason why we can reason and a whole lot of other stuff. The hustle of life is such that sometimes we hardly have time for ourselves, we don't get enough time for our families and we hardly get to rest.
Even when we do it is not sufficient, so we go on with the hustle, continue to crack our backs and our minds till we feel we have actualized but then by the time we reach this zenith, this peak we may have lost so much along the way that we end up using what we have achieved to now cater for medical bills and a whole of other stuff.
Rest is important, and good sleep is essential, it is the only way the body knows how to repair your systems, repair damaged cells, remove by-products and toxins that needs to be removed, rejuvenate your system and get you back on track refreshed and ready to be the best you can be.
Not getting good rest has lots of detrimental effects, researchers have shown that not getting enough sleep deprives your brain of oxygen, deteriorates brain function, and accelerates memory loss, especially in conditions such as Alzheimer's disease and the like. Sleep is essential if you have a mental health condition, it does a lot of good to ease your stress and burden.
Good rest is known to be therapeutic and in many cases of depression, adequate rest showed lots of positive responses. The goodness of good rest cannot be underestimated, which is why I want to bring it to your attention today, that you may make it a priority to be well-rested always.
You have some excellent points there. Some few days ago I remember I almost kept my phone in water because I was feeling sleepy.
Rest either been it sleeping or sitting down is good for the body.
Thanks for the education
I so much thank you for your great sharing, as a human being we all need rest once we have done in what ever we are doing.
Impressive and educative.
Resting is a cardinal element in our lives, try to skip it and face the consequences.
In fact, we need rest to be productive.
