The Dairy game 19/05/2021.Educating girls and their parents on hygienic and moral practices

Wonderful people of steemit,once again i have come your way with a special greetings.

I wish to share with you the exciting moment of today.

I woke up at 5:30 am, offered a prayer to the
Almighty God.I stepped out of my room to wash my face,brush my teeth.My normal routine in the morning is to perform some workout activities.

After the activities around 6am,i visit the bathroom to take my bath and dress,take my breakfast and set off to school since i am a teacher.I spend about 30minutes to reach my school.

At 8am,we go to worhip.We invites the student's chaplain to lead us through with the worship and praises.After worship and praises,i was welcome to take the sermon of the day.

Today i took the sermon from Ephessians chapter 6verse 1.

Tittle: obedience
Children obey your parents in the Lord for this is right.
The Bible advice children to obey their parents in the Lord so as children you need to obey your teachers,authority,the elderly etc.
This will help you to grow to become responsible adults.
This is what i preached about today.

After the sermon,we collected our offertory then we dispatch to our various classes at around 8:40am.

At round 10:30am we had visitors from the district education office.
Mrs Gifty Ofori Amanfo,the district SHEP co-ordinator in charge.
They came to have a talk with the girls and their parents.
Mrs Philomina talk about the following issues with the parents;

1.Teenage pregnancy
2.sexual life
3.Irresponsible parenting
4.Co-operating with their husband to seek the welfare of children
5.Female genitals mutilation(FGM).

During engagement with the parents

They came with a nurse as a resource person who also engaged the girls to have a talk about the following issues;

1.menstruation cycle
2.menstrual cycle calender
3.personal hygience
4.problems associated with menstruation

The programme ended at 1:30 pm and we closed school at 2pm.I returned home around 2:30pm,take an hour rest and planned for the evening till the next day.
