From a broken home, she came
Has no one, not even God to blame
Is she condemned to fail?
Her life so rickety, miserable, so frail
It’s a nightmare for her to be here
Stuck in a boring cycle of torment, all she does is drink half-empty beer
Hoping all pains would go away
She decides to open pandora’s sin box, once a day
She hunts the night
In the high streets that have no light
She is not alone in this, so she does it with all her might
With the arrival of tomorrow’s dawn
All she is left with is just to mourn
Is her limit indeed the sky?
Because she has no tears left to cry
Each day is a losing battle
Making that broken window of openness wider and wider
A life left so vulnerable and unfixable
With so many Christmas debts yet unpaid
When poverty knocks at the door
Indeed love, joy, dignity jumps out of the window.
When money enters love is sweeter. Great writeup
I know right 😂
