My Future Plans For Steemit

There is so much possibilities to be tapped from this wonderful platform powered by steem. To be able to get the most out of it, we will need good plans: not just a short term but a long term plan of action. Plan is like a road map leading us to our final destination. I'm planning each day, it's my hope seeing all my plans coming into fruition someday on Steemit. Today, they will only look like dream or vision but that does not make them unachievable or unattainable. All it requires is a determined spirit that constantly take action towards them.

Mass Adoption of Steem
I plan to get the masses into having a great confidence in steem, the power behind Steemit. Steemit platform is powered by steem and I believe it's pertinent that we make time to promote it everyday and everywhere. I always have one thing in mind while promoting Steem in Ghana, it's about "getting to a time when cryptocurrency will be used widely as a medium of exchange for any transactions. If this is achieved steem will definitely on top since there are more steem promotions already enrolled in Ghana. Teamwork can speed up things and can get us there. I consider working with team as the best way to achieve this plan.

Transforming Steem Virtual School into Real School
Most of the education we give on Steemit are done virtually. For instance there are a lot of videos and written tutorials out there that anyone can fall on to learn about Steemit. I have personally started a virtual school with the sole aim of educating my signees about Steemit. I'm planning on having a real school where newcomers who would like to broaden their horizon on Steem and Steemit can attend. This school will provide tuition on cryptocurrency and other business related courses as well. In the Steem school, steem will form the integral part of all our lessons. Real school where steemians can attend will create a face to face interaction. This has the potential of simplying many aspects of steemit that Newcomers often see as stringent.

Building a Strong Steem Power
Steemit users with great steem power have great influence on Steemit. They are the ones who are helping more in terms of user retention and activeness. With their great steem power they always help to get steemit users satisfied. Users who get good upvote feel the time spent on Steemit is worthwhile while those who do not get good upvote feel it's just a waste of time. There is no way we can retain newcomers we bring onboard if we do not have adequate steem power to reward them accordingly. This is why I plan to grow my steem power to help newcomers better. Powering up has now become habitual, the plan is to grow my power exponentially to help reward others better.

Taking Steem Promo to Another Level
I see steem promos as very crucial to steem's success. We can't possibly grow steemit without Growing Steem. Steem's growth has a significant impact on Steemit. More and more people must hear about steem and not just hearing but becoming familiar with Steem brand as well. Though there are countless promo activities ongoing around the world but I plan to do more for steem. It's my plan to take steem promotions to another level. This would be like going an extra mile. Creating a special media space for steem using our televisions and radio stations, embarking on more steem outreach programs and teaming up for international conferences are some plans I have.

I would like to reiterate "Today, they will only look like a dream or vision but that does not make them unachievable or unattainable. All it requires is a determined spirit that constantly take action towards them".
