Your Hard Work Is The True Reflection Of Your Reward

Many people think it's sometimes blessings and chances that opens for one to be rewarded in the work that he/she does. This might be true to those who strongly holds onto their religion. And hence would continue to rely on the blessings and chance of opportunities to come.

We often say opportunities comes but one must also put in effort. "That's is why the Scripture says such and you would find it or see it." This means that there is something good thing about searching continuously, striking or making effort to get something.

As the consistent or persistent reviews and making conscious effort to search for something prevail it manifest or reflects one's life. When it becomes your passion in life, it definitely occurs like a magic.

There are many people who give up easily in life of things they do. They either lose hope and never focus, even don't believe that its continuity would work for him or her. I tell you that there many people would do not even benefit as expected in the work they do since they always shake in the things they do. They aren't straight forward in their action and don't think that it can earn them something.

We also have such caliber of people in Steem today. Who even don't think, but doubt whether Steem has future. Such people have ideology in their minds that : "if they wake up one day and Steem has collapse, what would happen to their little savings of Steem power." Their faith is that Steem is online network business which anything can happen in terms of risk calculation. Forgetting that in every Business, no matter what there is risk and uncertainty which may occur.

Some Steemians have never participated in the club5050, club75 or club100 either; since their believe is that what they get is what they take. After all, it may happen that they may lose their assets online one. Why do others also power down profusely? Their faith in Steem is very faint and negligible like an atom of element. Forgetting that the Steem that they doubt has also served someone right to keep over billions in his Steem wallet account and continue to build.

Well, that is human nature for you, others think positively while others might have negative impressions.

Using even Steem as a scenario of what I am describing, those who are serious and hope that Steem has a brighter future are working hard every blessed day. They are even putting in money, Investing additional income to get multiple. Some have taken more years to build, yet they haven't grown their Steem power to the best of their ability. Others are just few months old and they are performing marvelously on the blockchain. We see their effort are leading them to get Handsome rewards.

How do we then assess our input of Steem business to our rewards. There is really vast correlation between our effort and rewards we get for work. Yes, as much effort we leave for our work, the great rewards we also get. We do remember about the Servants to whom their Master distributed money to them to invest in that parables; " in the biblical conclusion, those who invested and multiple profit on what is given, more would be added onto them, but those who did not invest to get profit, even the little that they have been given as seed capital would be collected since they didn't bring valuable profit to what they had."

Let's remember to inculcate the habit of good mindset of every good things we do. Working with best of our ability. Failures are there to motivate us to work harder; that is a sign teaching us that we aren't limited to our comfort zone, but we must persist and persevere on any good thing we are pursuing. Not to be reluctant and complacent on work we are doing. At each in life, one must improve for the better; that brings the difference from the first one to the current one. In this case, I describe progressive life as upwards adjustment from one stage to another.

It's always better to bring innovation and diversity in everything you do. What innovation have you ever employed in Steem that no one has ever done. If you don't change your ways of doing things, life would change and you would be at certain life you would never like it. You innovation can change the phase of your work in Steem and it would bring a new thing in your Steem lifestyle that many Steemians having adopted before.
