HOW THE POOR COUPLE OVERCOMES POVERTY

There was a happy couple living in a village, but they were impoverished. They didn't use their poverty as an excuse to stay idle. The husband's sole source of income was farming, so he went to work every day, hoping for a better future for his family.

The wife was an industrious woman who went to the market every day to help her husband financially. The positive attitude of the wife
encourages her husband to remain faithful to her. Fortunately, the wife became pregnant, and the burden fell on the husband, who was concerned about how he would pay for the naming ceremony because his farm had been ravaged by pests, resulting in low crop yields and causing him worry.

Getting to the seventh month of the wife's pregnancy, she stopped going to the market.
I'm confused about what to do next, said the husband. The wife pity for her husband but advised him not to let God embarrass them. Also, because there is an ease in every difficulty, God will undoubtedly provide for our daily bread. The man took his wife's advice and prayed and hoped that everything would work out.

The government began building roads during his wife's ninth month of pregnancy, and luckily, his farm was right next to the road. The road's extension was going to absorb a piece of his property, so the builder decided to pay him for it so they could divert the road for vehicles to pass while the main road was being built. Fortunately, because the constructor was from America, the money he was given was 2000 USD.

When the husband returned home with the wonderful news, the pair was overjoyed at the blessing that God had placed upon them. Soon after, the wife gave birth, and the naming ceremony was paid for with less than a fifth of the money given to the man.

Rather than his wife continuing to go to the market, they constructed a large interim shop in their village, which they jointly ran. They continue to live peacefully together once they locate a better source of money.
