I am coming to present my favorite meal and how it cost in steem.
Many meals are prepared with different cost but for me I love

plantain Ampesi with raw palava sauce

"Poto hwiegu so" as we called the stew
Decorated with palm oil and eggs

If you gonna prepared this meal one needs around GH¢20:00 equating 4 SBD
First you need your food stuffs ie plantain, kontomire, pepper, onion, salt eggs among the rest.
First put your water on fire and add salt
Peel the plantain and put it in. After 45% boiling stage, add the kontomire and pepper on the food for it to be boiled together

After it has finished boiling, we grind the main dish ingredients after the stock has been drained.
You heat your red oil and taste it with either slice onion or salted fish.
You put it on the stew garnished it with the egg and serve it. This is how my favorite meal is prepared and it cost in steem.
