Prayer Works

A lot of times we underestimate the power of prayer, when things go wrong then we tend to pray, when difficult times come we remember that prayer is key, that prayer is powerful and that it actually works. Yes, this is not the wrong thing to do in anyway, but we have to also know that pray is not only for the negative situations or difficult situations only.

Just as our doctors advise us on a daily basis to patronize health care even before we fall sick, something they call checkup an prophylaxis care, it is for this same reason why we ought to pray even before things happen. When we pray into the future we block negatives from occurring we hardly make mistakes that would otherwise cost us so much and we are led by the Spirit on the good path always.

Prayer is also a habit that we learn and inculcate in our daily lives. When we fail to develop this habit it becomes difficult for us to zoom into the spirit of prayer when bad things happen, by then we would now be finding our feet and our strength in our activities and things are seldom easy to get our hands running accordingly. But when we already have the habit of prayer then everything tend to work out smoothly.

And so my message for you brethren, is that you should learn to pray, and you should learn to do so without ceasing just as the word of God advises us. One best way that can help you to develop your prayer life is to develop your life with the Holy Spirit and the word of God. It is my hope that the act of prayer becomes your portion today.
