Contest Entry: Gender Statistics in Steem platforms, what can we do?

Let me start by sending my regards and thanks to the Creator for keeping us alive and healthy and to all our curators for giving us a chance to voice our views concerning one gender outweighing the order.
Women's hold proximity to 26 percent of executive participation in the steem platform and it is not by accident, according to my research on this platform since I joined here. From the research I did, it was discovered that the small number of women participating in the steem are doing better, which will be a significant improvement in the near future, because they can also help men by taking part when we go out to educate people. There are some instances when you approach a lady with the fact that all of you are one gender (males). She may not believe what you are saying.

As a community, we are trying our best to make progress towards gender equality, but clearly we are not quite there. The research conducted by myself, attributes the gender gap to societal pressure that contributes to gender differences among participants on the steem platform. For instance, men tend to be the more dominating gender. In steem, females are nairo and can't speak loudly enough for us to hear them. Because of that, males are likely to take good positions on the steem platform.

For instance, unconscious bias against communal traits. It may happen that they are brilliant and intelligent ladies who can do more than we men do here, but do lack time to do so. For instance, it may be pressure on her, such as washing of clothing, bowls, cooking, and many more, which may give her more stress to the extent that she can not even create a single post, as we usually females can not manage stress like we males do.

Secondly, some lack knowledge because they were not able to educate themselves. That one may not relate to the unconsciously bias of society but to peer group influence. If I may say, girls usually get attractive or affected by their peer group, which is a reason why some of our ladies are not able to acquire the knowledge.
I think if we give them the necessary attention and motivation, they can help us in the process of educating our public.

I may add up by saying, let's help make things better for our ladies by helping those in our houses to reduce those beadings on them and also them, and also give them the right motivation and the right part in our decision, which will help them to be vocal too, so that members can now hear their voices and give them the necessary support.
In conclusion, let's try to see whether we can achieve gender balance in our communities by concentrating on female education to help the world as a whole, as well as helping our sisters to do those chores around the house and going together for studies.
