The Diary Game: My Sunday Activities (07/11/2021)

As a Christian, can't always wait to go to church on Sundays, and today wasn't different. I woke up with a positive mind and spirit excited about how my day will go because I will be spending almost the whole day in church. Preparing the day before church is a good way to beat the time, going to church early gives you a complete knowledge of what happens in church.

I got to church very early and service also started early, we had a couple of special programs for today, we had naming ceremony and some appreciation for some of our younger pastors, it all went well.

We normally have two services every Sunday, that is, the morning service starts 7:00am to 9:00am and the afternoon starts from 10:00am to 12:00pm. The attendance for today was quite massive because of the combine service we had.

The theme for the sermon was the servitude of Jesus Christ, Christ did not come only to save as from eternal condemnation, but he also demonstrated the spirit of service. Serving one another demonstrate the love we have for each other, leadership means service but not to be served. As Christians, let's live like Christ and demonstrate his love for us to the world. The scripture reading was taking from John 13 :1-20 ; Philippians 2:3-8, Let's please try and read the scriptures given to learn more about Christ service to mankind.
