We live in a world were there is too much to worry about from economical hardship, to love issues "broken heart" 💔all the way to drug use among others can predispose one to a depressive state which can cause one to have the tendencies of commiting suicide.

What then is Suicide?!
Suicide is when one takes his or her own life. He or she commits himself or herself to death. It can be done by drowning, cutting self, bleeding to death, taking a poisonous substance, overuse of drugs, hanging self with a rope among others.

During the period of suicidal tendencies, these people present with these signs, they tend to isolate themselves from people, lock themselves in the room all day, hide weapons such as knife or any sharp objects they tend to stay away from things they where interested in among others.

These are things that you should suppect that an individual wants to commit suicide. On the other hand, they do not value life. When someone tells you this be eager and pay attention to the person ask question such as, Do you have Suicide in mind? If the answer is yes do not panic continue to listen to him or her. ask How do you plan to do so?, When do you plan to do so?. If you get responds to all these it's a dangerous indication that the client as at his peak of commiting suicide. This is dangerous and hence you should seek for help for such individual. Do not be judgemental but rather be calm and listen to such individuals.

My dear brother or sister, suicide is never an option. It is not the last thing to resort to. Life is a precious gift that some people are battling to get on the hospital bed. If you have life Cherish it so much. Problems and challenges are part of our journey on Earth therefore be glad and happy that you have life.
