More importantly, goals have to be paired with deadlines to create a sense of urgency. They help you to stay on track and make clear what to expect and what will be delivered and when. Additionally, they help to eliminate any form of confusion and allow for things to run smoothly. Also, they set expectations and help you to get the job done.
