BUG on Tab Editor

BUG:

1. Editor tab

Editor tab does not appear optimally. it actually covers other tabs when opened, for example when we open Profile tab. The editor tab should be behind the Profile Tab

And this also happens when the page is zoomed in, it becomes clear that the editor tabs are not in the right position. For example, when the page zooms in 125%

And also for bottom pop up notification like this. Notification should appear in front of editor.

2. Permalink

The permalink that appears on the preview page looks messy if we input the link containing steemit.com. But it looks good if you use links from other web sites. But when post published, the permalink looks good.
