First view from trending to created switch
A warm hello to the programming team of Steemit inc. (Stinc) - I know there are a lot of issues in the code of the blockchain but also in the frontend of you.
Please change the first view when you go to a page from "trending to created.
Under almost all TAG it looks like that one has bought the top positions there by voting bot or delegation bot. I know, you will not be able to stop this because many see their membership in Steem also as an investment. But especially for new members it is so, that they think they can earn hundreds of $ with a simple picture that they post.
If you only get a few cents then you are quickly disappointed and leave the platform again. Adjusting the code accordingly should be a small thing and I can imagine that it would be welcomed by many in the Steem community.
@greece-love wouldn't it be better if the trending list compiled by the highest engagement of the post created by our authors? Such as considering comments and replies to a post will determine the trending position or making another option like Hot topics.
I don't see how you can do that so easily. The suggestion from me would be to implement immediately with little code change.
Creating new formulas is quite time-consuming and I think the programmers have other more important tasks they have to work off.
@greece-lover you are absolutely right. Maybe it would be difficult to reprogram like that and time-consuming. In a short time, that kind of change is not possible.
