INTRODUCTION

My special greetings to you all friends and great Promoters of Steemit in this wonderful Community. When I come across this Contest organized by @starrchris, I paused for a while and asked myself, have Steemit hash to me? But before I go ahead to give you answers to that question, let me first and tell you what Steemit is, please enjoy your reading.

WHAT IS STEEMIT?

Steemit remains the one and only social media platform that rewards it's user's for writing original post or article. Steemit is powered by block chain technology and they have there own coin called Steem. Steemit rewards it's user's with 3 different tokens, which is Steem dollar or SBD, Steem coin and Tron. But the most important thing is that, Steemit platform hates copy and paste work. For your post to be accepted in Steemit platform, it must be plagiarism free, the post must reach at least 300 words. That means you need to be more detailed while writing an article so that your reader can get the sense of what you are talking about. If you must use internet photos on your work, don't forget to copy the link to give credit to the original owner of the work.

WHO CAN BE PART OF STEEMIT FAMILY?

Steemit is open for everyone. It doesn't matter your country or age. As long as you can read and write and at the same time have smart phone with internet connection, my dear Steemit is for you. But one may ask, do I need to pay money before I join?. Capital no, to sign up in Steemit is free of charge, If you have an active email, phone number connected with NIN, your registration will not take up to 30 minutes for you to belong. So you can come in as an author, investor, students infact any profession.

ONCE YOU SIGN UP, WHAT IS THE NEXT STEP

The first thing to do is to proceed with your achievment tasks. In Steemit we have achivment 1 to 6 task. So the first one which is introduction post or achivement1 task. So you where aspected to tell us about yourself. Once the achivement1 task is veryfied, you are to proceed with the achivement2 task, which is the basic security in Steemit. Honestly Steemit is all about learning and earning. Once you are consistent to learn, you will earn.
