Kroket || Weekly challenge on Steem!!! Food photo / Week #76
Hi Steemians,
Kroket is the name of a food that was collected from the Dutch in Indonesia but taken from France.
In the Netherlands, croquettes are a dish consisting of ragouts coated with egg white and breadcrumbs and then deep-fried.
In Indonesia, croquettes are lumps of finely mashed potatoes filled with seasoned minced meat and mixed with vegetables such as carrots or beans. The croquettes are coated with beaten egg and breadcrumbs before being deep-fried in cooking oil.

It must be very exquisite, in my city everything that is battered or fried is the best, we love it, we always have high cholesterol or most of the people.
