Maybe many of us want a place we could only talk about loosely and firmly. Ask questions about things we wonder about, for example, about the STEEM community or other things. That's why we want to create a post with "talk channel" Just talk to some or ask questions

How many effective posts in a week ... ??
How can the community in XPILAR WORLD support each other and appreciate the work of steemit users in the community, because I see people who join the community reach more than 500, if one post is chosen by all / half of the community members it will be very beneficial for fellow communities.

At Steemit, you have to stay calm, but above all it's important to keep the record straight. "Not everyone succeeds in fishing at the first attempt, but that doesn't mean we're going to pick up the rod," he keeps trying. I advise you to exploit your imagination using the images in @xpilar.
Hi @muftli and I would also like to thank @adeljose for his reply and would like to add my thoughts about it too. It is very good question and I think many are wondering if there any wonder recipe for that, actually only what I can advice and this is the way how we reach this stage is actively search for any challenges, contests where you can be engaged.
First of all would recommend to check @steemitblog where they run 100 days of Steem, there are usually different challenges with different topics so that you can make post about it and link to to appropriate challenge. Also they run daily diary where people may post about their days.
I think the best you just to to @steemitblog and read it yourself, find what fits you well and get engaged.
I would recommend one post a day is really enough, because if people supporting you with upvotes they can't upvote every multiple posts a day and also some people may consider it for spam or Vote-farming.
When you post do it via "world of xpilar" we try to support people from this community but as you kow there are so many so that you may not always have an upvote.
Also there is another initiative @steemingcurators, look in their post they have discord and you can log in to their page and also leave the link to your posts in post-promotion.
So there is no easy way but this is like exploring the situation and like in real life you make yourself successful or not. I hope that was useful for you adn I hope other users who read it will also use the tips :)
