Conclusions
This time I came to sad conclusions. It seems to me that only moderators and a few other authors really increase their SP. Thus, we use the support of moderators only to withdraw money. There are probably serious reasons for this, such as the difficult economic situation. But if this continues, the dream of a strong community with dozens of users with strong accounts that will support many authors will remain unattainable.
Therefore, it is important that we constantly focus on building our own SP
So we just have to keep telling it 😊
This is a very democratic approach. Someone else would probably exclude from the community those who simply withdraw money. But such drastic actions scare people.
I don't know how to encourage people to build their account. Prizes? Eligibility for Curation Trail when reaching 1000 or 5000 SP. Apparently it's too much for the Curation Trail.
It seems to me that all the moderators are talking about it. So far, the result is not very good. Apparently the reason is that Steemit is positioned as "you want to make money just by writing posts."
