Without a heart, your body would not function.
From the heart, there is an incredible network of veins through which the blood circulates and keeps us going

Why do I write it about the heart, everyone knows that from before.

The answer is simple.
If you lose too much blood, the network of veins will run out and your body will stop functioning unless you for a new supply of blood.
The same goes for our Steem Power, it's our heart in Steem

Steem comes from our reward pool and therefore it is important to take care of some of that reward so that we can maintain the power (SP) and give others blood transfusions (reward) in our large network.

If we all sold our Steem and SBD on the stock exchange we would eventually take our own lives because there will be no one left to collect (the blood) Steem and SBD and pump it back to us

Let's compare our SP with a blood bank.
You can only donate a certain amount of blood to a blood bank before you can donate some blood again because you want your body to have full strength.

If you take out a lot of your SP, the same thing happens, you can not help others with (blood transfusion) rewards and do not get any Curation Reward. That is, you are directly dependent on others to get (blood transfusion) Rewards Author

In my 4.5 years at Steem Blockchain, I have several times given information about how important it is to keep Steem Power and not just sell. Steem Power is the heart of the entire Steem community and cannot function without it because then no rewards would be paid.
Do not let the heart in Steem stop, keep the heart in Steem healthy and build up your Steem Power
