Santa Justa Lift, Lisbon. CITYSCAPE PHOTOGRAPHY AND ART CONTEST WEEK #080
The Santa Justa elevator is located in the historic centre of Lisbon and connects the lower part of the Chiado district with the upper part. It has traditionally been used by Lisboners to get from one area to another, although it has now become a tourist attraction, and many more people use it as a tourist attraction than live in the city. The style is clearly modernist and was designed by the French engineer Eiffiel, yes, the same as the famous Parisian tower.

El elevador de Santa Justa, está situado en el centro histórico de Lisboa y una el barrio de Chiado en la parte baja, con el de arriba. Tradicionalmente ha sido utilizado por los lisboetas para ir de una zona a otra, aunque ahora se ha convertido en punto de atracción turística, y son muchos más los usuarios turistas que los habitantes de la ciudad. El estilo es claramente modernista y fue diseñado por el ingeniero francés Eiffiel, si, el mismo que el de la famosa torre parisina.
