CITYSCAPE PHOTOGRAPHY AND ART CONTEST WEEK #128
This aerial picture of the city of Ibiza is my contribution to the contest mentioned at the headline.
You can see the old harbor neighbourhood in the foreground, and behind it is the most important quarter of the island's capital. Inside the renaissance walls the old city aka 'Dalt Vila' (up in the city) in the local language.
Dalt Vila has been declared a World Heritage Site by Unesco for its undoubted historical value. At the top of it is the Gothic-Renaissance cathedral.
