Hello stemian @ s friend. This time I share with you this delicious cinnamon and lemon cake. It is a very easy recipe to make.

• 250 gramos de margarina
• 4 huevos
• 1/2 vaso de jugo de limón
• 1 cucharadita de canela molida
• 250 gramos de harina de trigo
• 250 gramos de azúcar
• 1 cucharadita de levadura

• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 250 grams of wheat flour
• 250 grams of sugar
• 1 teaspoon yeast

Separar las yemas de las claras

Separate the yolks from the whites

Reservar las claras y batir con la batidora las yemas .

Reserve the whites and beat the yolks with the mixer.

En otro recipiente batir las claras a punto de empezar hacer suspiro, luego agregar la margarina derretida y el azúcar.

In another bowl, beat the whites to the point of making a sigh, then add the melted margarine and sugar.

Cernir la harina de trigo en un colador e incorporarla a la mezcla de las yemas y las claras batidas.

Sift the wheat flour in a sieve and add it to the mixture of the yolks and whipped egg whites.

Una vez mezclado todos los ingredientes agregar el jugo de limón y la cucharadita de canela molida.

Once all the ingredients are mixed add the lemon juice and the teaspoon of ground cinnamon.

Enharinar la tortera con margarina y harina, luego verter la mezcla y llevar al horno por 1 hora a 170 grados centígrados.

Flour the pan with margarine and flour, then pour the mixture and bake for 1 hour at 170 degrees Celsius.

Allí se observa que ya ha transcurrido el tiempo y se ve ya el proceso de cocción.

Se retira del horno se deja enfriar y luego desmoldar.
