Hello dear friends Stemian @ s. This time I share with you a very popular fast food in Venezuela, they are the so-called pepitos, this time the preparation was in a classic way, not sophisticated, that is, adapting it to the ingredients it had.

Una vez lista la carne de cochino, reservas para comenzar armar los pepitos.

Ya tenemos todos los ingredientes juntos y empezamos armar los pepitos:

Rellenar los panes con la carne.

Fill the loaves with the meat.

Agregarle el jamón.

Add the ham.

Luego incorporamos las tiras de queso.

Then we incorporate the cheese strips.

Agregamos la salsa de tomate, mostaza y la mayonesa.

Add the tomato sauce, mustard and mayonnaise.

Agregar por encima el queso rallado blanco.

Top with the grated white cheese.

Picamos por la mitad el pepito, para decorar: picar el tomate en forma de flor y agregar puntos de salsa de tomate.

Chop the pepito in half, to decorate: chop the tomato into a flower shape and add points of tomato sauce.
