Comparto con ustedes la elaboración de un juego tradicional venezolano como lo es el gurrufio. En mis tiempos de niño salia a la calle y nos divertíamos elaborando estos juegos, algunas veces hacíamos papagayos, trompos, yoyos entre otros.

I share with you the elaboration of a traditional Venezuelan game such as the gurrufio. In my childhood I used to go out and we had fun making these games, sometimes we made parrots, spinning tops, yo-yo, among others.

En esta ocasión les traigo la elaboración de un gurrufio de fabricación casera especial para estos tiempos de cuarentena para que los niños jueguen en casa y se diviertan un poco.

This time I bring you the elaboration of a special home-made gurrufio for these times of quarantine so that the children play at home and have a little fun.

Materiales

Materials

Hilo pabilo, 1 clavo, 2 tapas de refresco de botella o de jugo de botella, 1 piedra y 1 tablita.

Yarn wick, 1 nail, 2 caps of bottle soda or bottle juice, 1 stone and 1 tablet.

PROCEDIMIENTO
Procedo a golpear todo el borde de la tapa con la piedra, hasta poner el borde liso.

Procedo a golpear todo el borde de la tapa con la piedra, hasta que el borde esté liso

I proceed to hit the entire edge of the lid with the stone, until the edge is smooth

Proceso terminado, listo el borde de la tapa como se quiere para comenzar a elaborar el gurrufio.

Finished process, ready the edge of the cover as you want to start making the gurrufio.

Luego con el clavo procedo hacer 2 huequitos a cada tapa como se muestra en la fotografía.

Then with the nail I proceed to make 2 holes in each cover as shown in the photograph.

Listo ya las tapas tienen los orificios. Procedo a meter el hilo pabilo por los orificios que le hice a las tapas hasta lograr que las tapas queden sujetas por el hilo, una tapa frente a la otra.

Listo el gurrufio elaborado.
