Las fotografías que a continuación les presento, tratan de un edificio nuevo, ¡a estrenar! en una zona estratégicamente especial de la ciudad de Caracas, en donde trabaje como ingeniero durante su construcción y mi función en el mismo fue encargarme de todo lo relacionado con acero estructural y algunos elementos de acero en general. Es un edificio de concreto armado y en algunos niveles en estructuras mixtas, concreto y acero.
The photographs that I present below are about a new building, brand new! in a strategically special area of the city of Caracas, where I worked as an engineer during its construction and my role in it was to take care of everything related to structural steel and some steel elements in general. It is a reinforced concrete building and on some levels in mixed structures, concrete and steel.

Me divertí mucho durante la construcción del edificio por diversos motivos, desde el participar como ingeniero aportando el mejor de mis criterios, como los constantes retratos que solía hacer a los trabajadores, obreros, ingenieros e incluso a modelos invitadas por mi.

La vista que ofrece en 360 grados de la ciudad de caracas ¡es increíble! y es a lo que yo considero el verdadero nuevo centro de la ciudad de Caracas.

La visual que ofrece esta imponente torre desde su azotea transitable y las perspectivas visuales en todos los ángulos son básicamente inéditas por estos momentos hasta su pronta inauguración!

Al norte tiene como vista la majestuosa montaña Cerro Ávila, al oeste se ve la vieja Caracas con un diferencia notaría y bastante vertiginosa con respecto a la vista este y sur en donde las nuevas construcciones modernas marcan una diferenciación evidente.
To the north it has the majestic Cerro Ávila mountain as a view, to the west you can see the old Caracas with a noticeable and quite vertiginous difference with respect to the east and south view where the new modern constructions mark an obvious differentiation.

Quería compartirles esta pequeña historia ya que la ubicación del mismo es icónica y fue muy relevante, ya que la torre se encuentra ubicada en donde se aperturo el primer Mc Donalds que hubo en Venezuela, inaugurado el 31 de agosto de 1985 y supuso toda una novedad para el momento. Durante su construcción navegaban mis recuerdos cuando niño ya que solía visitarlo con mis padres y todas las historias que allí acontecieron.
Es un poco irónico ya que Venezuela constituye en un Estado social y democrático, en este punto el Capitalismo vs el nuevo Capitalismo se ha impuesto en un País Socialista, ya que próximamente el destino de la torre será el de oficinas para un Centro Financiero.

Gracias @mjva, por tu comentario... si! me gusto trabajar allí tanto en la parte interna de la edificación en donde se comparte con las personas encargadas de distintas disciplinas y también el admirar el paisaje con todos sus cambios... la diferencia rotunda de ver hacia el oeste y hacia el sureste..
