Esta estatua es un homenaje de los Venezolanos a la Bandera, al Escudo y al himno nacional. La escultura es el hito de la rotonda y forman parte del Sistema Urbano de la Nacionalidad, construido en la década de 1950.
This statue is a tribute of Venezuelans to the Flag, the Shield and the national anthem. The sculpture is the landmark of the roundabout and are part of the Urban System of Nationality, built in the 1950s.
