MY PLACE OF MERORIES
He took off one beautiful evening, to the place he always visit. He could hear sounds of birds and insects singing that cool evening, together with the sound of his working stick. Getting there, he stood, instead of sitting, feeling the cool breeze of the environment, then after a while, he focused on the sunset 🌇. As he kept focuse, memories began to flashback, he could remember those days, "oh! how beautiful it was, i miss those days", he said to himself, then he smiled. After a while, he began to speak to himself; "how i wish I could turn back the hands of time, oh! I miss those sweet moments with her and my kids. He was actually remembering the days he usually spend with his beautiful wife and kids.
Pedro and his wife were love birds from childhood who later ended up together as couples, their love grew stronger and stronger, until one fateful day his wife left with his two kids and never returned. He did all he could to find them, but all his efforts were fruitless. Year-in, year-out no voice, no foot-steps, no sounds, no traces of his wife and children. He lived all his life in agony.
Now he is aged, no children, no wife. "I wish I never laid my hands on her, my kids, by now they are all grown ups". "How i wish I can feel the joy of fatherhood", he said to himself. The only place he could find joy was in that place of memory, where he always come to feel the presence of his family.
